Refund policy

Given the nature of our Business i.e. selling digital products, once the customer has downloaded their version we are unable to make refunds.

(Except in special cases e.g. wrong purchase of two identical copies) acceptance of refund remains at the discretion of the company, but we are also confident that you will be so satisfied with your purchase that you will not need one!
